Renovation of penthouse and super penthouse in Rome, Ponte Milvio

Oasi Home Design has completed an ambitious interior design project for a penthouse with a super-penthouse in the Ponte Milvio area of Rome. The clients knew exactly what they wanted: a luxury home in a classic contemporary style. The main requirement was to unite the two floors from the inside, transforming them into a single large, harmonious, and fluid space. To enhance the exclusive character of the project, fine marbles were selected and combined with noble woods, details, and custom-made finishes to create a dialogue between tradition and modernity.

The staircase becomes the focal point of the project, not only a functional element but a true scenographic protagonist, enhancing the heights and amplifying the perception of space. Oasi Home Design designs every detail in collaboration with expert blacksmiths and carpenters. All around, elegant wood paneling, refined marble, sophisticated color palettes, and careful lighting design contribute to creating enveloping and luminous atmospheres, where luxury design is expressed with discretion and restraint.
