1982-1992: the birth of the Toscano Group
In 1982, Toscano Immobiliare snc was founded and the first office was opened in Via Graziano in Rome. During those years, a real estate company began to form, made up of valuable people who are still part of the Group today, with whom to achieve great goals and amazing results. The first television and territorial advertising campaigns were carried out. The first IT office and Toscano Mutui assignments and loans were born. Toscano Immobiliare becomes Toscano SpA and is present in Rome with 6 agencies.
1993-2002: growth and consolidation
Growth continues in Rome with the opening of 5 more agencies and the publication of Toscano Case issue 0. The Guidobaldi division, dedicated to luxury properties, is established. In 1994, Toscano arrives in Milan with the opening of its first office in Viale Majno. In the following years, national expansion continues with new offices in Naples, Turin, Bologna, a second agency in Milan, Verona, Bari, Florence, Palermo, and Cagliari. Directional divisions are structured: Marketing and Press Office, Legal Office, Customer Care and Customer Service, Technical Office. In 1996, the first affiliated point opens in Lazio. In 1999, the www.toscano.it portal is launched. In 2002, the prestigious General Management office is inaugurated in Rome, Via Nomentana.
2003-2012: Franchising and its development
In 2004, Toscano Franchising is present in the regions: Lazio, Lombardy, Piedmont, Campania, Sicily, Puglia, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, and Umbria. Toscano Lab, the training school for real estate agents, is established. The Blog, YouTube channel, and institutional social channels are launched: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Digital advertising investments on Google Ads also begin. In 2008, the www.guidobaldi.it portal goes online, and Toscano Editore e Advertising company is established. During those years, Toscano SpA opens new direct offices: 3 agencies in Rome (Prati, Fleming, and Balduina), Genoa, Porto Cervo, Catanzaro, Milan Porta Romana, Turin Santa Rita. The affiliated network continues its expansion, reaching Sardinia, Calabria, Abruzzo, Liguria, Veneto, Basilicata, and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. President and Founder Ilario Antonio Toscano publishes his first book "Per Fare Impresa" (Franco Angeli Publisher).
2013-2022: technology
T-Software, the tech company of Gruppo Toscano, is born. The new application for autonomous creation of Toscano Case agency editions is developed. TPlat and TPlat Realtor App are launched, the online management system for real estate agents and its mobile application. The prestigious Golden Domus Toscano award is created, given to the Group's excellence. Toscano Lab evolves into Golden Domus Academy, enriching the training offer for all resources with live courses held by expert professionals and with GDA Playworld digital training and entertainment platform. In 2022, the Guidobaldi division becomes a Gruppo Toscano company and Toscano Insurance Brokers is established.
