September and October are especially good months to look for a new job. When people return from vacation, companies are much more responsive. There may have been resignations during the summer months, so they find themselves with only a few months to replace those who are leaving. Think about your reaction when you were given pages and pages of dense text to read at school, without any breaks or images. Extracting the information was tiring and tedious.
