Renato Maffey re-elected National President of ANAMA: greater representation and services for the real estate profession

The President of Toscano SpA, Renato Maffey, has been confirmed as National President of ANAMA, the National Association of Real Estate Agents and Business Brokers.

His re-election took place during the elective Assembly held in Rome on 28 May and represents an important sign of continuity for the category.

After five years of intense activity, Maffey will continue his commitment at the helm of the association, together with Deputy Vice President Davide Agretti, who was also confirmed, and National Coordinator Fabio D’Onofrio.

“It is with great pleasure that I welcome this re-election,” stated Renato Maffey, “which represents an important sign of appreciation for the work carried out so far. This result makes me deeply proud and encourages me to continue, with even greater commitment, our activity in support of our category.”

The National Presidency of ANAMA plays a central role in representing real estate agents and business brokers before institutional bodies.

It is an important point of reference for bringing the needs of the profession to the attention of public stakeholders, contributing to discussions on sector-related issues and strengthening the presence of the category in the places where the main matters concerning the real estate market are addressed.

Upcoming appointments

“I am extremely satisfied with today’s meeting,” continued Maffey, “and I look forward with enthusiasm to the next appointment on 25 June 2026, when the members appointed to the National Presidency will meet to elect the National Board, the body that will work more directly alongside me and the Deputy Vice President.”

President Maffey also announced the organisation of the major National Congress on 1 October 2026, during which numerous topics related to the real estate sector and the category will be addressed, with the participation of entrepreneurs, political representatives and institutional figures.
