The real estate market continues to grow. Since the pandemic, we have seen a positive and continuous trend: analyzing data between 2021 and 2024, our sales have increased by 18.4%, with an average annual growth of 6.2%.

This trend is also confirmed by the most recent data: between 2023 and 2024, we saw an increase of 12%, and in the first quarter of 2025, the increase compared to the same period in 2024 is 15.4%.

This reading is also confirmed in the 2025 Real Estate Report by the Revenue Agency's Real Estate Market Observatory, published in May. Although the increase we recorded remains higher, the study nevertheless paints a positive picture of the residential sector throughout the country, showing a +1.3% increase between 2023 and 2024. In general, since 2020, the sector has been able to react to the pandemic crisis and has returned to a solid and steady growth trajectory, reconfirming itself as one of the pillars of the Italian economy.

These are signs of a resilient market, capable of adapting to change and offering stability even in the most complex moments. From this perspective, real estate investment remains a safe and forward-looking choice, capable of responding to different needs: housing, economic, and asset-related.
