New Toscano opening in Busto Arsizio: Giuseppe and Roberto's experience at the service of the local community

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, Giuseppe Cioffi and Roberto Provasi are opening the new Toscano agency in Busto Arsizio. From their passion for the area to their decision to join a large national company, here's why they decided to invest further in the future of real estate.

Let's start from the beginning: how did you get into real estate?

Giuseppe Cioffi: "Right after I finished my studies, when I had the opportunity to get my first experience in an agency. From there, I began to seriously consider a career as a real estate agent. So, after completing the course to become one, I had an interview at the Toscano Agency in Milan on Viale Majno. After about a year and a half of experience, I chose to take the entrepreneurial leap by returning to my hometown, Busto Arsizio, and opening my own independent agency. Today, after many years, chance would have it that I met Toscano again, so I decided to be part of this big family once more."

Roberto Provasi: “My career began in the late 1990s in an independent local group. I remember that it was a period of real estate boom with a very dynamic market. After that, I also decided to open my own agency. In short, we are not exactly newbies, we already have some experience.”

You have a wealth of experience behind you, but this is your first venture with Toscano: why did you make this choice?

Giuseppe Cioffi: "I started my career at Toscano, where I learned and internalized the working method. Toscano has always been a company that is particularly close to my heart. I first met Roberto in 1998, when I went for an interview at an agency in our area, which I later became a partner in. After our entrepreneurial paths diverged, chance would have it that we met again just when I had decided to open a Toscano affiliate right here in Busto Arsizio."

Roberto Provasi: “And the opportunity arose. I had always heard good things about the proven Toscano method, which is aimed at both individual and business growth.”

And how did you get back together?

“Thanks to some more recent collaborations that brought us back together. Then, when this opportunity arose, we jumped at it.”

What are your expectations regarding the advantages of opening with Toscano?

"Our goal is to develop our network in the areas where we have always operated and open other locations in the province of Varese, where the market is relatively quieter and there is less competition than in large cities. To do this, we need to be structured, and being affiliated with a national brand certainly helps. With Toscano behind us, we are more attractive, both in terms of recruitment and customers, who call us because they see the advertising on television. We were pleasantly surprised to recently be contacted by property owners who saw the latest advertising campaign on TV."

What are your short- and long-term goals?

“In the short term, we definitely aim to attract new resources and train them. We want to find motivated and ambitious people who have expectations of growth within a structured group. We aspire to have a great team that allows us to work more extensively in the area. In the longer term, however, we would like to open other affiliated branches in the most important cities in the province.”
