ANAMA National electoral assembly on 9 July 2026 renews the Presidency and Executive Board: the contribution of Toscano professionals within ANAMA continues to grow, bringing market experience and expertise to the representation of the profession.

ANAMA Confesercenti’s new National Presidency and Executive Board include a significant number of professionals from Gruppo Toscano, who will contribute to the Association’s activities and to the representation of the profession.

This commitment strengthens the Group’s role within the institutional forums where the key issues concerning the real estate market and the future of the profession are addressed.

The network’s experience at the service of representation

Renato Maffey, President of Toscano SpA and already confirmed as ANAMA National President at the electoral assembly held last May, is joined in the Association’s new national organisation by Fabrizio Tolli, Chief Executive Officer of Gruppo Toscano, appointed Vice President.

They are joined by numerous professionals from the Toscano network elected to the National Presidency and Executive Board.

This broad participation brings first-hand market knowledge, experience across different territories and a practical understanding of the needs of agents and clients into the institutional and association-wide dialogue.

For Gruppo Toscano, contributing to the representation of the profession means supporting the growth and recognition of the real estate profession, closely following regulatory developments and taking part in the processes that directly affect industry professionals.

The new ANAMA National Presidency includes Paolo Maria Alessio, Giovanni Cuda, Danilo D'Abundo, Dario De Giglio, Alessandro Genovese, Stefano Madonia, Massimiliano Mineo, Francesco Moncada, Andrea Pirrone, Francesco Pizzolla, Rosario Antonio Pizzuti, Alfredo Rapone, Salvatore Paradiso, Francesco Scuccimarri, Gianluca Silvestro, Andrea Toscano, Fabrizio Verdecchia and Gary Vllamasi.

Daniela Angelini, Bruno Bengasi and Giovanni Lutzu join the ANAMA National Executive Board.

Their senior roles and professional backgrounds within the network will enrich the Association’s work with expertise gained directly in the market and a perspective closely connected to the everyday reality of real estate agents.

At the forefront of the profession’s evolution

Market transformations and the changing role of the real estate agent require continuous dialogue between professionals, trade associations and institutional stakeholders.

For this reason, Gruppo Toscano considers active participation in representative bodies to be strategic: contributing to the debate, anticipating change and sharing the experience of its network means actively supporting the evolution of the sector.

The next appointment will be the ANAMA National Congress in Rome on 1 October, dedicated to the outlook and priorities shaping the future of the real estate profession. Gruppo Toscano will once again be present and actively involved in the discussion.
