After more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate sector, Andrea Asara opens his first Toscano affiliated branch in the Appia Pignatelli area. A new professional chapter born from a path built in the field, from knowledge of the Roman market, and from the desire to develop a young, dynamic team rooted in the local area.

Let’s start from the beginning: tell us how this new chapter in your professional life came about.

The opening of the new agency was an almost natural consequence. After more than 15 years working as a real estate agent, I felt the desire to have something of my own, but I wanted to take the right amount of time to do it well.

I started in 2010 and, over the years, I experienced different market phases. The experience I gained allowed me to understand when the right time had come to open the new Appia Pignatelli agency.

Let’s take a step back: how did you approach the work of a real estate agent?

My experience began at the Infernetto agency, in Rome, within the Group’s affiliated network. It was my cousin, as well as the broker of that agency, Raffaele Malapena, who introduced me to this world. With him, I grew professionally within the agency and the Group.

I learned every aspect of the real estate agent profession, refining my relationship with clients year after year and always trying to find the best solution for both parties. This is never a static job and it is never repetitive: every client and every sale always bring something new.

During your journey, what were the biggest challenges for you?

I have always faced difficulties and have never backed down. However, I believe the secret is doing something you truly enjoy, because that way even problems are approached in a more proactive way.

I clearly remember the first few months: my main obstacle was finding the right key to speaking with clients. After the first three months, I began to open up. It is an important step, because in this business, if you do not overcome that phase, it becomes difficult to move forward.

With over 15 years of experience, how do you want to structure your agency now?

I want to start from the foundation: people. The goal is to train a young, dynamic, serious, and determined team. Alone, in the long run, you can do very little: you may have great professionalism and excellent skills, but to truly grow, you need to build a solid group.

To do this, I believe it is important to make young people understand that being a real estate agent is a production-based activity: the more you move, the greater the result will be.

Let’s talk about the Appia Pignatelli area: what opportunities does it offer and how is the market changing?

Compared to the area where I worked before, Infernetto outside the ring road, here the market moves faster. Appia Pignatelli is a very residential and sought-after area, also thanks to the presence of green areas.

It is like a small town within Rome: its proximity to the parks makes it pleasant and highly requested.

Now that you have opened, have you received appreciation from the residents of the neighborhood?

Yes, absolutely. Precisely because it is like a town within Rome, the relationship with the local area is strongly felt. There is almost the feeling that the agency had already been there for some time.

In addition, the Toscano brand brings security and reliability, and this is an important value for the neighborhood.

Do you have any other projects planned now?

Yes, I am working on opening a second agency in the Anagnina area, bordering Appia Pignatelli.

The choice to open there comes from the idea of creating territorial continuity, better overseeing the area, and optimizing the activity of the two agencies.

This will also allow us to bring in resources on both sides, so as to best manage the team’s work.
