Gruppo Toscano arrives in Alba Adriatica: new opening in the area
Susanna Fiorletta
At the helm is Ronald Vanni, an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector and today Real Estate Broker of the new Toscano affiliated office on the Abruzzo coast
You recently opened your Toscano affiliated agency in Alba Adriatica: how have these first few months been going?
The start has been very positive. I did not expect such an immediate response from the market, especially in terms of brand perception. Toscano is seen as a benchmark in the sector, synonymous with seriousness and service quality, and this greatly facilitates our work in the local area as well.
Let’s start with your background: when did your connection with the real estate sector begin?
My entry into the sector comes from a family tradition. I come from a family of entrepreneurs in the construction industry: my father had a construction company and, about twenty years ago, I decided to also develop the real estate brokerage side, noticing that the local market was very dynamic. Later, I opened the first agency together with my former partner. We were young, but the market was very dynamic and the experience was positive. That is where my journey in the sector began. At the time, we were 28 years old; we started this adventure together and it went well for us.
What led you today to take a new entrepreneurial step with Toscano?
The goal was to open an agency that could rely on a solid structure behind it. Since I also manage the construction company, I need an organization that can support me in concrete terms, especially in developing the team and managing operations. After an in-depth evaluation, I identified Toscano as the most suitable partner: a structured, reliable network that does not focus only on numbers, but also on service quality, both toward affiliates and toward clients. For me, it is essential to be able to follow the agency personally, but with the support of a system that is already organized and functioning.
Let’s talk about the local market: what are the characteristics of Alba Adriatica today?
Alba Adriatica is a lively area: although it is a small city, it records one of the highest volumes of real estate transactions in the province of Teramo. It is a market strongly linked to second homes, thanks to the area’s tourist vocation and the quality of its seafront and services. This is also reflected in sale times: when a property is positioned correctly on the market, it can be sold even in less than a month. Another important element is where clients come from. A significant share comes from Lazio, particularly from Rome, but we also work with buyers from all over Italy and from abroad, especially from countries such as Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
Let’s look at the Toscano method: what is it concretely giving you in day-to-day management?
The main value is continuous support. There is real and timely assistance, which makes me feel part of a broader structure rather than just a single agency. From an operational point of view, tools such as the proprietary management system TPLAT and integration with the portals make the work simpler and faster. Everything is very intuitive and organized, and this has a direct impact on daily efficiency. In general, it is a system that works and allows us to operate with greater confidence and continuity.
What feedback have you received from the local area regarding the opening with Toscano?
The feedback has been very positive. I was particularly struck by the level of brand recognition: it is perceived as being a step above in the sector, with a more structured approach focused on service quality. This obviously represents an advantage, but also a responsibility: it is then up to us, as professionals, to maintain and confirm these expectations in our daily work.
What are the goals for this new business?
The first goal is to build a solid team, expanding the staff in order to cover the area more effectively and grow turnover. Looking ahead, I would like to open a second office in the neighboring municipality of Tortoreto. The idea is to get there with a structure that is already ready, internally training someone who can become the manager of the new office. To do this, it is essential to invest in people and create an organized system, capable of growing independently over time according to a structured method.
