Gruppo Toscano and idealista renew their partnership in the name of innovation and quality

Gruppo Toscano will continue to publish its entire real estate portfolio on the idealista.it and casa.it portals, strengthening the visibility of properties on one of the main search channels in Italy.
The two real estate industry players, Gruppo Toscano and idealista, renew their agreement, confirming a historic partnership launched in 2013.
This collaboration began more than ten years ago, when Gruppo Toscano was the first major national real estate network to enter into an agreement with idealista, contributing to the development of its presence in the Italian market through its real estate portfolio and a widespread presence throughout the country.
The partnership in brief
The renewal of the agreement includes an important new development in terms of enhancing real estate listings, with the publication of Gruppo Toscano’s entire real estate portfolio on the idealista.it and casa.it portals, on an ongoing, simultaneous and automatic basis.
In the 2025–2026 period, the two portals emerged as benchmark platforms for property searches in Italy, with highly significant data.
The presence on these portals, which today are among the main points of reference for those looking for a home in Italy, allows Gruppo Toscano’s properties to gain broad and qualified visibility, enhancing its offering and increasing its ability to intercept demand.
Enhancing properties, increasing sales opportunities
Being present on the main portals means concretely increasing the chances that a property will be seen, requested and sold. Greater exposure, in fact, translates into a wider number of potential buyers and, consequently, into greater opportunities to complete the sale.
