We meet Salvatore Paradiso, who has been with Toscano for 20 years, Silver Area Manager and Real Estate Broker, owner of five Toscano agencies in Rome. His story is one of ambition, determination, and perseverance. Salvatore has never been satisfied with the status quo: he has always challenged himself, successfully overcoming obstacles and turning them into opportunities for growth.

We visited him at his new agency in Via Arezzo in Rome (near Piazza Bologna) with Fabrizio Tolli, CEO of Gruppo Toscano SpA, to hear about his twenty years of experience at Toscano.

From intern to broker: how it all began

“I lived in Rome, in Piazzale delle Province, near an Agenzia Toscano office. One day, I saw an advertisement that read: ‘Future partners wanted’. That phrase immediately struck me and gave me the push I needed to get started. I went to work at that agency, which I then took over at the age of just 23, becoming the owner. I haven’t stopped since.”

"Being part of a company with a nationwide presence is a great advantage. An example? One of my clients needed to sell their house in Rome to buy another one in Verona. Thanks to the Toscano network, I handled the sale and, through the Verona agency, found the perfect property. I also make extensive use of Google advertising. The keywords purchased by the company guarantee maximum visibility for the properties and for my agency, which appears at the top of the search results. Finally, I find the electronic signature service indispensable: it allows me to manage assignments and proposals remotely, breaking down any physical and time barriers."
