Environment, Gruppo Toscano volunteers at Parco Ravizza (Milan) for a clean-up day

Ninety kilograms of waste collected in just a few hours: this is the result of the clean-up day at Parco Alessandrina Ravizza in Milan, organized on Friday October 31, by Gruppo Toscano and Guidobaldi Luxury Properties, in collaboration with Legambiente.
All in for the environment, no one left behind. With this spirit, people from across the Group - from CEOs to agents and consultants - came together with a common goal: to restore cleanliness and decorum to one of the most popular parks in the Lombard capital. Equipped with gloves, tongs, and bags, the volunteers collected unsorted waste, glass, and cigarette butts, and ensured proper disposal with the technical support of Legambiente.
The Milan rendez-vous marks the second step of the Group’s sustainability project, which began last June with the clean-up of the Passoscuro beach in Lazio. The initiative was created to promote environmental awareness and responsibility, reminding everyone that each small gesture in this direction can have a positive impact and help spread sustainable habits - both within the company and throughout the community.
The Toscano Group’s participation in these corporate volunteer days is also a concrete way to contribute to achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, particularly those focused on environmental sustainability and the creation of more livable cities and communities.
This commitment reflects the Group’s long-standing bond with the city of Milan, where it has been present since 1994 with over 35 real estate agencies and its luxury division, Guidobaldi Luxury Properties.
The effort doesn’t stop here: the initiative will continue in the coming months with new environmental volunteer days in other Italian cities, reinforcing the Group’s social and environmental responsibility through increasingly tangible actions.
Present at the event were Fabrizio Tolli, CEO of Gruppo Toscano SpA, Nicola Rinaldi, CEO of Guidobaldi Luxury Properties, and the Toscano agencies of Milan: Bocconi, Bovisa, Città Studi, City Life, Inganni, Istria, Maciachini, Milano Centro, Milano Marco D’Agrate, Porta Romana, San Siro, and Monte Rosa.
