Consistency, relationships, and determination: the keys to success
Susanna Fiorletta
In January and February, he was recognized as the best agent for turnover and sales, mortgage activities, and renovations in the direct network, receiving an award during Toscano Live on March 19. Today, we get to know him better.
Hi Eitan, did you expect this?
“I think I worked very well. I always do my best. Of course, receiving this recognition is important, but my aspiration is to always do well and be consistent in my work. In the end, in this job, it's the consistent ones who win, not those who sell a lot one month and then nothing else during the year.”
You've hit the nail on the head: consistency.
“In this job, you have to be consistent, especially when it comes to building and maintaining relationships. Then it depends on each person's goals: mine is to be the best in this field, and I can't be satisfied with selling a house every now and then. I aspire to sell a lot thanks to quality work and consistency.”
Let's go back to what you said earlier: the power of relationships.
“It's perhaps the most important aspect. The difference between real estate agents is in the details, necessary to get the job, that little something extra that others don't have, that right word that convinces the seller to give you the job.”
Let's take a step back. You are very young, how did you get into this professional sector?
“Actually, I come from a very different world than this one. I did my military service in Israel, finishing in February 2024, and before that I had never approached this sector. Then, when I returned to Milan, I started working in an agency because I was intrigued by this job without too many pretensions or expectations. Instead, I found myself enjoying it - I enjoy it and I have no intention of giving up.”
So, you've only just entered this world. What do you think is your strength and what do you want to improve?
“I'll start with my strengths, which are definitely consistency, being convincing at the right moments, and professionalism. One area where I want to continue to grow is knowing and understanding each person's needs so that I can help them at every stage.”
Do you think customers have prejudices about your inexperience given your young age?
“I see this especially with sellers. Sometimes, entrusting the sale of their property to someone much younger can be a deterrent. What I do, however, is show them my determination. Also, having a strong brand like Toscano behind me helps a lot.”
Finally, can you give a piece of advice to all your colleagues, even the younger ones who have just started out like you.
“Work hard, because hard work pays off. Even when it seems like you're putting in a lot of effort but not seeing results. Because it's easy to work hard when things are going well. It's when things aren't going so well that you see the difference, and that's when you have to react. And it's those who react in these moments who, in the end, get results. I repeat, especially in our line of work, it's perseverance that makes you grow.”
